Tools:

  • 1 medium bowl and spoon

Ingredients:

  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves

  • 12 kalamata olives, pitted

  • 2 oz prosciutto

  • 2 oz salami

  • ¬ľ cup red onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves

Allergens: dairy

Directions:

  • 1Combine olive oil, basil leaves, and feta in a bowl and smash with a spoon until a cohesive spread forms.
  • 2Assemble lettuce wraps by topping with feta spread, olives, red onion, prosciutto, and salami.
