I have more than I need, how do I delay my next shipment?

No problem! To change your next shipment date, log into your account and follow these simple steps:

Head to “Subscriptions”Click “Manage Subscription"Click on “Next Shipment”Choose your new shipment dateSave

Can I add a discount code to my Subscription?

It depends! Most of our discount codes cannot be combined with Subscribe & Save so you have to check the terms and conditions first 🔍 If the promo code is allowed to be applied toward a subscription, you can add it to your account bylogging in to your customer portal at the top right-hand corner of any HighKey page (beside the shopping cart). Once your account is open, you’ll see a list of all of your subscriptions. At the bottom of this list click “add discount code”.

Can I add or change the products in my Subscription?

Of course! You can add a product to your subscription by logging into your account and following these simple steps:

Head to “Subscriptions”Click “Add Product”Click on “Next Shipment”Choose the item(s) you would like to add, change, or remove. If you would like to update the quantity or remove a product from a subscription click “edit” to the right of the product you want to change.Save

How do I update Subscription billing information?

Here’s how you can easily update your billing information from your Customer Portal:

Head to “Subscriptions”Click"billing information" in the menu bar under your nameClick"update card" under your card information

How do I cancel my Subscription?

We’ll be sad to see you go, but you’re free to cancel and renew your subscriptions at any time from the Customer Portal

Once your account is open, you’ll see all of your subscriptions with the option to “Edit” or “Cancel”. Please note, subscriptions must be canceled 48 hours before your next renewal to prevent being charged.

How much is the shipping for my Subscription?
