We did a study to see how our snacks stack up. As you can see in the chart below, our Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies and Dark Chocolate Almond Caramel Clusters had minimal effect on post-meal blood sugar levels. Compare that to what happens when you enjoy a serving of the leading mainstream chocolate chip cookie brand or just straight sugar!
