  • 2 cans (5oz) Salmon, drained
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • 4 lettuce cups, for serving
