1 Ib chicken breast tender
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1Preheat oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a small bowl whisk the egg. In another bowl combine the almond flour, salt, and pepper.
- 3Dip each chicken tender into the egg then dredge through the almond flour. Place on the baking sheet and repeat with remaining tenders.
- 4Transfer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until crispy.
