Keto Chicken Fingers - HighKey Snacks

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ib chicken breast tender

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Directions:

    • 1Preheat oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • 2In a small bowl whisk the egg. In another bowl combine the almond flour, salt, and pepper.
    • 3Dip each chicken tender into the egg then dredge through the almond flour. Place on the baking sheet and repeat with remaining tenders.
    • 4Transfer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until crispy.
