DIY Keto Friendly Pizza | HighKey Snacks

     

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    • 1 oz cream cheese
    • 1 cup almond flour
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    Toppings:

    • 1/4 cup prepared pesto

    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
    • 8 slices pepperoni
    • 4-5 basil leaves

    Directions:

    • 1Preheat oven to 450° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • 2Combine the mozzarella and cream cheese in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 45-50 seconds until melted. Add in the egg, almond flour, baking powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until smooth.
    • 3Place the dough onto the baking sheet and use your hands to press into a large circle about ¼” thick. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
    • 4Remove from the oven and top with toppings. Transfer back to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
