Yes! Luckily for you, the deli counter is one of the few places you can get a great choice of things to eat at lunchtime. Whether it’s chicken, ham, beef, turkey, or something a little more exotic, you should be good to go. Just beware of what you choose though because some processed deli meats contain added sugar. Honey roasted ham, for example, is a no-go, stick to things that are plain, smoked, or are lightly seasoned.
